Refund policy

At ByteBazaar, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

• Product is defective or damaged

• Incorrect item received

• Product does not match description

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

• Used or damaged items caused by customer

• Personalized or customized products

• Hygiene or health-related items once opened

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days through the original payment method.

Replacement
If the item is damaged or defective, we may offer replacement instead of refund based on availability.

Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After processing, cancellation may not be possible.
